Losing your MyQRMed medical ID is no problem at all. Simply log into your account and navigate to 'Manage Products.' From there, you can easily remove the lost ID, which will no longer be paired with your profile. If you happen to find it later, you can always link it back to your account.

Your profile is private and can only be viewed by those you choose to share your ID with. Once the QR code is scanned, your profile will appear on the smartphone's browser. For added security, profile pages expire after 20 minutes, after which the QR code needs to be scanned again.

Yes all of our products are waterproof however please avoid contact with chemicals as they may erode the engraving.
