Step 1
Download the App
Download the MYQRMED app from the Google Play or Apple App Store and create an account.

Alternatively, can visit here to create and access your account without using the app.

The app is to assist you in creating your account and updating your profile. You do not need an app to scan your ID
Step 2
Activate Your IDs

Tap "Manage Products" from your dashboard.

Tap "Link a New Product"

Give your ID a name and enter the 5 digit number found on your ID.
Activating each of your MyQRMed Medical IDs will connect your profile to the IDs QR code. You can activate as many IDs on your account as you need.
Step 3
Build Your Profile
Navigate through the categories from your dashboard and start building your medical profile with information that will assist others to help and care for you in times of need.

We strongly recommend you upload a profile picture to help verify your identity.
Step 4
You're All Done!
Scan the QR code using the camera on your smartphone to view your profile.
​
Don't forget to keep your profile up-to-date. You can log into your account to edit, remove or add information at any time and changes will be made to your ID instantly.
