MyQRMed was created to solve this problem. Founded by a registered paramedic who saw firsthand how critical timely, accurate medical information can be, MyQRMed puts your health story in your hands — and makes sure it can be shared when it matters most.

Create a profile with information that will assist others to help and care for you. You can update your profile anytime.​

Scan the QR Code
Medical Professionals can view your profile by scanning the QR code on any smartphone. Your profile can only be viewed by those you share your ID with.
