Why we exist
Imagine being in an emergency and unable to speak. Would anyone know your conditions, your medications, or who to call? For too many people — especially those living with disability, chronic illness or complex needs — that gap is a daily reality.
Our founder attended those emergencies. Time after time, the missing piece wasn't equipment or skill — it was information: what the patient takes, what they're allergic to, who to phone. MyQRMed was created to close that gap and put your health story back in your hands.

How MyQRMed works
Every MyQRMed product carries a permanent, waterproof QR code. When it's scanned by any smartphone camera — no app required — it opens a private profile holding the wearer's conditions, medications, allergies, care team and emergency contacts. You update that profile online anytime, and it's instantly current. No re-engraving, no replacing the product.
What makes us different
