Returns and Warranty Policy

At MyQRMed, we are committed to providing you with high-quality medical ID bracelets, necklaces, accessories and devices. If your order arrives faulty or does not meet the specifications confirmed at purchase, we will resolve the issue in accordance with the policy below.

1. Returns

​

1.1. Returns are only accepted if we have failed to meet the exact specifications of your order. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and will only be approved under the following circumstances:

​

  • Faulty Condition: The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Description: The item received does not match the product description or your confirmed order.

  • Production Errors: The product does not meet the specifications submitted with your order
     

1.2. To request a return, contact support@myqrmed.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item. You must include a description of the issue and clear photographic evidence.
 

1.3. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We will provide a prepaid return label for approved return claims.

 

1.4. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for worn bracelets or custom-engraved items unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

2. Replacements Under Warranty
 

2.1. MyQRMed offers a 14-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and quality-related issues only.

​

2.2. If your item qualifies under warranty, we will issue a replacement item (not a refund) at no cost.

​

2.3. All warranty requests must be submitted to support@myqrmed.com.au with a clear description of the issue and supporting photographic evidence.

​

2.4. The original item must be returned before a replacement is issued. Return instructions will be provided upon approval of your claim.
We will provide a prepaid return label for approved warranty claims.

​

2.5. Approved replacements are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

​

2.6. This warranty applies only to normal use under intended conditions. It does not cover:
 

  • Damage caused by negligence or misuse

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Failure to follow care instructions

3. Refunds
 

Please note that we do not offer refunds. If your return or warranty claim is approved, a replacement item will be provided. Refunds will only be issued where required under Australian Consumer Law in the case of a major failure.

4. Consumer Law Guarantee

​

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5. Abuse Clause

​

We reserve the right to decline returns or warranty claims that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, or outside the scope of this policy.
